Meal Plan #1

I am so excited to share my first meal plan with you! I try to pick meals that the whole family will like but still keeping it on the healthier side. Each recipe will be linked in the calendar so if you click on one of the meals it will take you directly to that recipe! I don’t usually eat much for breakfast because I’m not usually very hungry in the mornings but I try to always have some sort of protein. The grocery list will be at the bottom and is organized by meal! There will also be links to the ingredients I get at the store!
