Ingredients
- Whole wheat English muffin
- 1 egg
- 1 piece of turkey bacon
- 1 slice of Colby jack cheese
Instructions
- Toast the whole wheat English muffin
- make the egg however you want (I did mine over medium)
- fry your bacon (I fry turkey bacon in olive oil because it makes it crispier like regular bacon)
- place egg, turkey bacon, and slice of cheese on the muffin
- serve with fruit or a side of yogurt and fruit
Meal Prep Tip
This is a good item to meal prep. I make enough for my husband and I to eat one every day for a week. I usually wrap them in foil and throw them in the freezer. When I want to eat one, I will unwrap it and put it on a plate to heat in the microwave.
