Hello Everyone!

My name is Brittany and I’m so excited to be starting this blog! I wanted to start this blog to share my tips and tricks on how to eat healthier and just live an all around healthier lifestyle. I started trying to eat healthier when I was in college but I really got serious about it after I had my son Aiden. I started doing a lot of research on foods that are good for you versus food that you think is good for you but really isn’t. I used to be terrible at meal prep because it would take forever and I would always get overwhelmed. I would also end up with a lot of food that would just go to waste. Over the last year I have become a lot better about meal planning and meal prepping and want to share with you my tips and tricks to avoid becoming overwhelmed and not waste so much food! I will be sharing meal plans, grocery lists, recipes and more! I’ll also be sharing links to things that I use a lot in the kitchen as well as around the house. I will also be sharing little boy clothing because I know how hard it can be to find boy clothes that are cute as well as deals for women’s clothing! I hope you enjoy my page!
