Ingredients:
- Mini Bell Peppers
- 1 lb Ground beef
- Taco Seasoning
- Corn
- Black Beans
- Shredded Cheese
- Salsa
Instructions:
- Brown ground beef
- Follow instruction on the taco seasoning packet
- While the ground beef cooks add canned corn and black beans to a pot and bring to a boil
- Slice the peppers in half and take the seeds out
- I’m using my air fryer so I will spread my peppers out in the air fry pan but if you are baking them you can spread them onto a cookie sheet
- Fill peppers with meat, and black beans and corn. Then add shredded cheese on top.
- Air fry for 5 minutes at 420 or until the peppers are soft. If baking I would bake at 450 for 5-10 minutes or until soft.
- Serve with salsa!
