Spaghetti Squash Bowls
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti Squash
- Olive Oil
- 1lb ground beef
- salt
- pepper
- italian seasoning
- pasta sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Wash the spaghetti squash and cut in half
- Scrape out the insides of the spaghetti squash until smooth
- Add a little bit of olive oil to the spaghetti squash and swirl around
- Place face down on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes
- While the squash is baking brown the ground beef
- Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
- Once the beef is fully cooked add in the pasta sauce. I use this pasta sauce.
- Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low
- Once the squash is done baking, take a fork and pull the edges down to make the spaghetti.
- Add the sauce to the bowl and serve.
- I usually serve with garlic bread and green beans or a salad
